Casa do Cais é uma exploração sobre o diálogo entre o betão e a linha costeira do Norte. O projeto foca-se na pureza volumétrica e na captura da luz atlântica, criando espaços de silêncio e introspeção.

A equipa procurou uma materialidade crua, onde a estrutura se funde com a paisagem rochosa através de uma geometria rigorosa e minimalista.
